CODE
Completed randomized educational evaluation: 86% post-test calculation accuracy with CODE versus 72% using conventional methods (p=0.041).
PACE
Completed process evaluation: 1,320/1,320 tested transfers with PalliCalc and an 80.3% reduction in evaluated end-to-end workflow time compared with the manual process.

Implementation Status
Existing project documentation describes an active outpatient palliative-care pilot at Hospital Umum Sarawak. Hospital Miri, Hospital Sibu and Hospital Bintulu have accounts prepared for planned expansion after the HUS workflow is stable.
